Toyo Sushi has fast become not only my favorite sushi spot in Stockton but one of my favorite restaurants anywhere! The sushi is fresh and delightful to the tastebuds. The one thing that AMAZES me though is the customer service. On just our second trip in they remembered that I like substituting soy wrap on any rolls that I get. Even now months later they always know what I like. It’s hard to find places like this anymore. It looks like just a hole in the wall across from Starbucks but in my opinion it doesn’t get any better for sushi in the City of Stockton.

OH WOW... Not normally a sushi person...but the wife is, so we went here to try a new place, based on a local video review. I had "the beast" and "the papa". Damn....that was good...washed down with a NON ALCOHOLIC Sapporo... Staff was very pleasant, place was clean, and just felt "right". This will be a goto for us from now on. Do yourself a favor and make this a stop.

This is the BEST sushi spot in the 209. The Beast, Volcano, and Bad Boy sushi rolls are a must! Great attitudes here and the owners are wonderful people, authentic and truly happy to serve you. Always a smile and great service from their servers as well. Thank you for that! Stop by, trust me , you won't regret it.
